In over 30 years, we have obtained an in-depth experience in modeling data warehouses and ETL process development for complex systems across various vertical markets as well as administering operational data management systems using complex UNIX shell scripting language, Perl scripts, C applications and various ETL tools. Our most extensive work was done with performance tuning on high volume data systems that support web-based applications and complex data loads for various business and research systems. In addition, we have provided training and quality assurance in relational database management systems, led the modeling effort of complex data systems and performed as a Lead ETL Architect for the largest implementation of an ERP ever developed in the IBM corporate wide business system transformation. Our contribution has been recognized in the ability to resolve issues surrounding the performance of large-scale data movement, best practice procedures for code optimization and software integration issues.

Our Sr. Consultant has worked as an Advisory IT Advisory Specialist in the Business Analytics and Optimization practice for 10 years with IBM. The BAO practice is responsible for bringing together the capabilities of IBM Research, the business process and modeling capabilities of Global Business Services and the entire Information Management portfolio of the Software Group and Business Intelligence. He is Certified in Computer Science Technology, Ascential DataStage and Database Administration with more than 20 years of professional experience working with large data repositories. Over the years, he has become very knowledgeable in the operational management, design and development of large enterprise data systems and has special expertise in data warehouse management, system administration, data architecture design, and software development.
